To get the best out of you Even Flow knows that we need to understand you as a person, as well as an athlete. Everyone has different motivations and it is identifying and understanding those motivations that will help to draw the most out of you.
As an athlete it is important to understand that there are no secrets, and no shortcuts to success. In endurance sports such as triathlon the most important factor in training is consistency. We will work with you to set both short and long term goals to provide a focus for the weekly training plans that will provide the consistency you need to reach your best.
No two athletes are the same. Individual coaching sessions are the perfect way for us to provide you with the tools you need to improve your performance, as well as providing you with the opportunity to ask any questions you may have to gain peace of mind that you are training effectively and efficiently.
